Hillary Hawkins is a Children's Music Artist, Jazz Vocalist & Pop Singer that LOVES to perform! Her career began as a child actor in the musical “Betsey Brown” at Crossroads Theatre. She was also the singing voice of Vanessa on Nickelodeon's “Gullah Gullah Island.” Best known as Robyn, Host of Nick Jr., Hillary was on TV everyday introducing shows such as “Dora The Explorer,” “Bob The Builder,” and “Little Bill.” She also performed in 2 National Tours, “Seussical The Musical” and “If You Give A Mouse A Cookie & Other Story Books” and sang the National Anthem at Governor James McGreevey's Inaugural Ball in New Jersey and Mayor Eldridge Hawkins Jr.'s Inauguration in Orange, NJ.
A high-energy Actress, Singer, Songwriter, Screenwriter, Playwright and all around entertainer, Hillary recently moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams! They include, performing for YOU! :+) Hillary studied Jazz Voice at Amherst College and loves singing Jazz Standards covered by artists such as Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Frank Sinatra, Nancy Wilson, Natalie Cole and more! She also has a Pop/R&B repertoire which includes Motown!
Lead female vocalist Hillary has performed at Restaurants, Weddings, Theaters, Schools and more! She has a Jazz Trio in New Jersey which includes Dave Sansone and Bill Moraites. You may have heard her singing at the Omni in Los Angeles with Ricky Bones. They are quite the Duo and are available during the day and anytime on Sunday! While Ricky Bones is booked in the evenings, Hillary Hawkins is available! She can sing with other musicians of your choice or with backing tracks. Hillary is Bilingual English/Spanish and sings in Portuguese and Swahili too! High-energy Hillary wants to sing and make you smile!
