Award winning Actress Screenwriter Producer Hillary Hawkins is creator & showrunner of the new highly entertaining series ACTORS ANONYMOUS HOTLINE! Prior to becoming a Showrunner, Hawkins who is CEO of Hillary Hawkins Production, LLC got her feet wet writing, producing & starring in a series of short films that tackle social issues such as "Stuck For A Reason" which aired on ABC, CBS, NBC & FOX as a part of "African American Short Films" and "A Pill For Two" which was nominated for 7 awards and won Hawkins Best Actress Award (Drama).
Hawkins has extensive experience in the Entertainment Industry. Most know her for her work on Nickelodeon: singing voice of Vanessa on Nickelodeon's "Gullah Gullah Island", Kate on Nickelodeon's "Are You Afraid of the Dark?", and she was on TV everyday introducing shows such as "Dora The Explorer", "Bob The Builder" & "Little Bill" as Robyn, Host of Nick Jr. In addition, as a child actor she was Keisha on "New York Undercover" which was on Fox and recently aired on BET.
In between writing, casting, producing, directing and starring in new episodes of "Actors Anonymous Hotline", Hawkins makes a living as a multilingual Voice Actor / Singer. The 3x Voice Arts Awards nominated voice actor has narrated over 100 audiobooks available on Audible including "Oprah", "Your Word Is Your Wand", "Molestation Monologues" & several Books of the Bible. As an ADR Voice Actor she has worked on well-known TV Shows such as "Marvel's Luke Cage", "Black Lightning" & "The Chi." In addition, she worked as an ADR Celebrity Voice Match Voice Actor for Tyler Perry's "Acrimony" and is the voice of Amal in Genndy Tartakovsky's "Primal" (Cartoon Network Studios).
Beyond the arts, Hillary worked in Child Protective Services as a Bilingual Family Service Specialist for the State of New Jersey. She also worked for Safe Horizon on a Risk Assessment Validation Experiment funded by the US Department of Justice and recruited, obtained informed consent from & interviewed hundreds of victims of domestic violence in English & Spanish. Additional interviews were with families of homicide survivors.
Hawkins achieved her Dual BA in Spanish and Creative Writing from Smith College in just 3 years on the Dean's List while working as a Radio Personality for WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM. While at Smith, Hawkins also studied Jazz Voice & Film Production at Amherst College. Her graduate studies were in Psychology and Diplomacy & International Relations at Seton Hall University.

Hillary is the sister of Eldridge Hawkins Jr., former Mayor of Orange, NJ.
